Permitted Development Consultants was founded by our Managing Director Michael Thompson. Mike has been dealing with property and planning for the past 18 years. Over this time planning and property has become a real passion and so the creation of our company Permitted Development Consultants evolved.

We have been extremely successful working within the permitted development sector. We have also managed to gain full planning permission for projects aswell.
